We feature fresh and seasonal local food, a range of local beers and ales and responsibly sourced and delicious European wines. We host town meetings, courses and events. We are part of the fabric of our own community.
Pete's credits include Malmaison, The Cornwall Hotel and Spa and the Butchershop Bar and Grill in Glasgow where he was Operations Director. He is passionate about food, drink and excellent service, loves James Bond films and has just passed his driving test.
Jane has been part of the HERE team for just over two years and she's passionate about serving fresh sustainable food. She's worked at The Waterside Inn in Bray, Nahm and The Belvedere to name but a few. A kiwi with a passion for skiing and Cornwall, Jane is a brilliantly creative chef.
