HERE we serve fresh, seasonal food, prepared from scratch in our own kitchen. We smoke our own fish, bake our own bread and serve a selection of fine European wines and local ales. If we don't know where it comes from we don't serve it! We are extremely proud to have been awarded three stars from the Sustainable Restaurant Association.

Don't forget our two for one offer on Wednesdays from 4pm. We think our burger menu is pretty awesome... there's the What The Duck with smoked duck breast, raclette cheese, kimchi slaw, confit leg cigar skewer & papaya salsa, or the Cajun Chicken with cajun spiced chicken breast, tomato, onion, lettuce and bourbon & bacon relish. HERE we buy produce from our neighbours, feature the work of local talent and celebrate the town we love. Our shop is furnished with recycled, reclaimed and local materials. We feature fresh and seasonal local food, a range of local beers and ales and responsibly sourced and delicious European wines. We host town meetings, courses and events. We are part of the fabric of our own community.
Pete's credits include Malmaison, The Cornwall Hotel and Spa and the Butchershop Bar and Grill in Glasgow where he was Operations Director. He is passionate about food, drink and excellent service, loves James Bond films and has just passed his driving test.
Jane has been part of the HERE team for just over two years and she's passionate about serving fresh sustainable food. She's worked at The Waterside Inn in Bray, Nahm and The Belvedere to name but a few. A kiwi with a passion for skiing and Cornwall, Jane is a brilliantly creative chef.
